What to expect at your visit

A different kind of welcome

There's no reception desk in our waiting room. When you arrive, just come in and take a seat, and one of our friendly receptionists will pop out to greet you. It's a quiet, relaxing space with garden views, so you can settle in rather than stand at a counter.

Easy parking

Parking is easy too. There's plenty of free parking on site, right at our front door, so there's no circling the block or hunting for a spot like in town. Just pull up, walk straight in and take a seat. We have wheelchair access as well.

Your first visit

If it's your first time with us, there's a medical history form to fill out, so please arrive a little early. That way your appointment can start relaxed rather than rushed.

Moving from another dentist? You can download our records transfer form from the home page and send it to your previous clinic, and they'll pass your records on to us.

We do our best to run on time. Dental appointments can be unpredictable, though, and occasionally someone needs a little more care than planned. If we're running behind, thank you for your patience. We'll give you the same unhurried attention when it's your turn.

Our priority at every visit is gentle, caring and compassionate dentistry. Whether you come in every six months or it's been years since you last saw a dentist, you can feel completely comfortable with us, whatever condition your teeth are in. We're simply here to help.

From our friendly front-of-house staff to Dr Julia Borsos and oral health therapist Krystal Haggerty, our whole team takes the time to listen, explain your options clearly and make sure you feel informed before anything begins. Ceiling TVs with relaxing travel videos, soothing music and gentle injection techniques all help make your visit a pleasant one.

We go above and beyond for our patients. That means keeping up with up-to-date dental techniques and materials, and working with state-of-the-art equipment in bright, modern treatment rooms, all with the personal feel of a small local practice.

Your safety matters to us. We follow strict infection control procedures and the ADA's (Australian Dental Association) infection control guidelines at every appointment.

Boutique care for the whole family, at affordable fees

We're a boutique-style practice, and we believe in quality dental care for the whole family, from little ones to grandparents. That's why we aim to keep our fees affordable and within the state average. Our prices are clear and upfront. A check-up is $120, including any intraoral X-rays needed, and our dental treatments page lists indicative fees for common treatments. After your assessment we'll explain your options and costs, and any extra costs are always discussed with you before we begin.

Health insurance and payments

We accept private health insurance. We don't offer payment plans, but we're always happy to talk through fees before treatment so you can plan ahead. Children's dentistry is free for eligible kids under the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS). See comfortable care for everyone for more.

Travelling to see us?

We frequently have patients travelling to see us. If you're coming from out of town, please let our receptionist know, as we may be able to schedule more time so you can get more done in one visit.
